ASAH Celebrates The Fifth Anniversary of The African Business Day

Rotterdam, Netherlands – After the success of previous editions, Association of Students of African Heritage (ASAH) organises the fifth edition of the African Business Day on the 17th of May 2019 at the prestigious Hilton Hotel in Rotterdam.
African Business Day is ASAH’s largest annual keynote event. The purpose of this event is giving students in the Netherlands a new perspective on the fast-growing continent of Africa and educating them on the numerous business possibilities and opportunities available on the continent.
This year, the event will focus on the “African Power” of the continent, where the aim is celebrating the success stories of current African stakeholders in business from different industries. ASAH has the honour of welcoming:

African Business Day 2019 offers an exciting full-day programme that is divided into three parts. In the morning, students can participate in a series of interactive case workshops from multinational corporations Google, Shell, Unilever, Uber, and PVH. During the workshops, participants have the opportunity to apply their knowledge, and expand their professional networks with the possibility of being recruited. The afternoon presents the plenary session, hosted by Keturah King from CNN African Voices, where five incredibly talented speakers will share their personal experiences with and perspectives on business in Africa with the audience through speeches, question-and-answer sessions, and honorary discussions. To celebrate the fifth anniversary of the African Business Day, the very first gala will be hosted in the evening, to conclude this annual keynote event in a lasting impression. One lucky Gala attendee will leave with our biggest giveaway yet – a Golden Ticket, taking them to an African destination of their choice!
