Pivot into development sectorLSE Summit Delegate

Most of my professional career has been in financial services and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also embarked on School sponsored action learning projects in Insurance and banking during the course of my MBA, working on various financial inclusion projects. Over the period, I began to understand the pivotal role development banks/ financial institutions play in the success of emerging markets. This realization resonates with my desire for financial inclusion all over the continent of Africa. However, seeing I have spent most of my work years in the private sector, I would very much require some pointers on how best to pivot into the development sector.
