Blockchain platform in EthiopiaLSE Summit Delegate

I'm Entrepreneur preparing to launch blockchain based platform in Africa. Though my initial target is Ethiopia, I'm looking for advice/mentorship on strategic location for early adopters , funding perhaps not in the beginning , support from the Africa business network to accelerate the platform adoption. Im also interested to network with other start ups and business that participated or launched blockchain initiatives in Africa.
