This event is particularly made for passionate young female leaders who wish to do more and be more. They will walk away with an understanding of the McKinsey problem-solving approach, which can be used to address challenges they may encounter in life. Event attendees will work with facilitators to hone their leadership style and help them to become innovators in their personal and professional lives.
Interested applicants must submit the following documents:
1. Transcripts - Applicant’s office/practice preferences define which academic transcripts are required.
2. Resume – Should be in English and must include details of education and grades, work experience, and any extracurricular activities and achievements.
3. Cover letter – Maximum of one-page maximum written in English. This should include an experience that demonstrated leadership and fostered effective teamwork with a diverse group of people. This diversity could include people with different areas of expertise, background, education, culture/nationalities, gender, personalities or work preferences.
4. Chosen office/practice preference - Choose up to two (2) office locations or industry practices. Panels were advised to make choices based on geographic or industry ties. Must be fluent in the local language.
