Founders Factory Africa is looking for visionary healthcare entrepreneurs to join its Build Program, working hand in hand with us to develop new solutions to the continent’s most pressing challenges from the ground up.

Our Build Program is a fast-track for talented founders to turn their ideas and early-stage businesses into massively scalable ventures. Our team partners closely with founders, helping not just to coach and guide, but to roll up our sleeves and execute alongside them.
We help founders validate new ideas, understand users, design and develop products, build out teams, and raise investment - everything a new business needs to be wildly successful.


  • We are looking for entrepreneurs that have yet to validate their ideas in market, but that have the potential for massive scale
  • You might have kicked off a small pilot with a POC, launched a limited release of an early MVP, or still be in the ideation stage and looking forhelp bringing your concept to life
  • No matter where you are, as part of our Build Program, we’ll work hand-in-hand with you to build a business that is poised for scalable growth


Founders in our Build program receive:

  • $200,000 investment
  • 12 months of direct support from our technical and operational team in product development and design, growth and marketing, talent, finance and operations, partnership, and investment.
  • Access to the assets, expertise, and resources of our corporate partners: Netcare (the largest private hospital network in South Africa) and Standard Bank (the largest bank on the continent)
