The Travel Tech for Good Accelerator powered by TUI Care Foundation and the UNWTO, is 3-month equity-free support programme for founders of impact-driven tourism businesses with a social or environmental focus across East Africa, where 6 start-ups are selected to participate in an intensive acceleration programme, which will take place in three hubs across East Africa.
Enpact e.V, TUI Care Foundation and UNWTO are organising a second edition of the Travel Tech for Good accelerator -a 3-month equity-free support programme for founders of growth-stage impact-driven tourism businesses across East Africa. If you lead a technology-driven businesses in social or environmental tourism and looking to scale please apply!
Programme details:
- April: Short listed startups will be contacted for further evaluation
- May: 1 week Deep dive immersion + boot camp in East Africa.
- June: 1 week Acceleration phase: Boosting business development
- July: Pitch training and investor readiness
- August: Demo day and global conference, Nairobi, Kenya

- WHO: Growth stage impact-driven tourism startups based in East Africa

Benefits
6 start-ups are selected to participate in an intensive acceleration programme, Including one week of intensive startup acceleration modules per month in different locations across East Africa (locations tbd), in addition to one week boot camp with international mentors and experts from TUI Business and Care Foundation. You will build a strong network with like-minded entrepreneurs, receive support from local and international mentors who will help you shape your business model, research potential investors and clients, and bring your elevator pitch to the next level.
