Join the Women in International Affairs Network, in partnership with IBM and Seidea, on July 3 for their first ever annual conference and virtual event, “Women, Tech and the Global Good,” where women pioneers in international development, innovation, and technology will discuss how they have navigated the industry, how their careers in STEM have had a global impact, worked towards achieving the SDGs and contributed to making the world a better place.
**Please note the updated event date if you have previously registered. The event was initially planned for June 12th 2021, this event will now take place on July 3rd 2021**
Women, Tech and the Global Good will provide an opportunity for attendees to connect with their peers, employing organisations, as well as digital and social innovators, and can claim their space in sessions with WIAN partners who will be offering sample introductory courses in digital and human rights, cybersecurity, coding, and human-centered + inclusive design thinking.
Attendees will hear from women working in the United Nations, Deloitte, IBM, Seidea, Women Leading in AI Network, and will also hear some exciting and exclusive special announcements from WIAN. You will also have the chance to enter a raffle for a personal one-to-one session with a selected speaker and can use this time to ask any career questions, seek advice on personal and professional development, or learn more about their journeys.
We are also offering 40% discounts for WIAN members and students, and free tickets for women who have extenuating circumstances that mean they may not otherwise be able to attend. For more information, please email email@example.com.
