Jumia are seeking an experienced and creative marketing professional to join their team in Ghana. As the new Head of Engagement, you will build positive client relationships during campaigns and projects, by assessing the clients’ needs, identifying customer requirements, and developing cohesive projects that improve the operations of the business and drive more efficient marketing initiatives. You will report directly to the country CEO and be required to build marketing campaigns which drive the growth of the company, by steering performance and fostering engagement. You will ensure that the brand is top of mind whilst coordinating with the commercial team to ensure business targets are achieved.
