Scope of Work

As the VP, Global Operations at Jetstream, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and ensuring that all departments are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. You will be an integral part of the executive team and will report directly to the CEO

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance across the company’s operations, including sales, marketing, customer success, product development, and logistics
• Work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and execute the company's strategic plan. Develop and iterate on company organizational design, including structuring departments, reporting lines and personnel to maximize the speed and effectiveness of strategic implementation
• Iterate on the development of Jetstream University, the company’s internal training program, including by conducting a needs assessment to identify skills and knowledge gaps among employees, developing proprietary training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules, and establishing metrics to assess the effectiveness of training and opportunities for improvement

• 8+ years of experience in operations or a related field, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and improve efficiency
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
