Scope of Work


Jetstream is seeking an experienced VP of Global Enterprise Sales to lead our global sales organization and drive revenue growth across our logistics and supply chain platform. As the VP of Global Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives new customer acquisition for international accounts, grows existing accounts, and expands our market presence with companies scaling rapidly on the African continent.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Jetstream's business objectives and drives revenue growth across the organization
  • Lead and manage a global sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, including C-level executives and decision makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful customer acquisition and retention
  • Develop and manage sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion, to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with strategic partners and alliances to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth
  • Represent Jetstream at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership in the logistics and supply chain industry

Criteria

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a track record of success in scaling teams and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • 5+ years of management-level work experience in a multinational technology company or startup
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing global sales teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform sales strategies and decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
