The Haussmann team treats each client as an individual, addressing their differing needs via their design and build model. The team work end-to-end on a project, upholding their values of open communication and collaboration, ensuring that their work is highly cost effective and time sensitive. Since 2013, they have covered over 100,000 square foot of work and employed over 100 staff in their projects. Haussmann Group have ambitious plans to become the leading player in the workplace industry in Africa, by 2022; through the development of several new businesses, and the creation of a strong B2B Corporate Brand. Haussmann is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their expanding team.


As the new Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and subsequently the COO. You will impact the organisation’s ambitious growth objectives and presence by leading their operational and strategic marketing activities, playing a key role in the organisation’s next chapter. 


Role Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Marketing (20%) , in charge of:
    • Brand positioning
    • Brand platform
    • Brand awareness
    • Brand Equity
  • Operational Marketing (80%) , in charge of:
    • Content creation
    • Online marketing (Website, Social Media)
    • Press & Media coverage
    • Events organisation
    • Marketing materials (presentation, videos etc.)
    • Marketing budget
    • Data gathering & analysing
    • Communications (Internal & External)


You have the potential to be based in a number of locations, as follows: Ebene, Mauritius or Johannesburg, South Africa, preferred. Alternative options are: Europe; Lagos, Nigeria; Nairobi, Kenya; Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ Marketing experience
  • Strong & relevant B2B operational experience in a leading & recognised company with a strong brand & marketing focus
  • Educational background in Marketing
